Late policy

We will always do our best to accommodate our guests, but to ensure each and every one of you have the best experience possible please keep in mind if you are to arrive more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment, this is also considered a late cancellation in which we reserve the right to charge 50% of the appointment cost.

Cancellations & no shows

We get it, things happen! In order to respect our guests and staff time we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, if you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge you for 50% of your appointment. Any client who fails to show for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service price. If the appointment is cancelled less than 4 hours away this will be considered a no show.

Service policy

Above all else we want you to love the way you look and feel after your service is complete! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service please contact us within 5 days of your original appointment and we would be more than happy to discuss a complementary adjustment. The corrective service must be booked with the original stylist and must be booked within 10 days if the original service date.

Guest policy

Our salon is not child and pet-proof. From chemicals, to hot tools, to sharp shears the salon can become a safety hazard. We respectfully request that children are only brought to the salon when receiving a service. We ask that pets besides service animals are left at home. The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs, not emotional support animals.
